awesome time at kata beach
kind staffeasy access roomgood fooddated fitness centre
the staff was kind. they helped me when i asked for an easy access room on the ground floor, little stairs. i found dinner food is very good, it really deserved a shot.
the fitness centre was dated around 15 years old. some equipment was listed not in working order. during my stay there was only one working treadmill. it was not state of the art.

the hotel includes two pools , ideal for both adults and children. a swim-up bar is located in the lower pool. breakfast offers a varied buffet.

the staff were smiling. they are courteous and friendly, offering advice. i found them ready to. welcome drinks were offered on check-in.

this hotel is situated close to the beach and many restaurants. kata beach is accessible. kata noi beach is a short taxi ride away. it is a great location for exploring.

I stayed in the grand beautiful room and it was so spacious. the staff were thoughtful, especially when i got food poisoning from a boat tour. they sent breakfast directly to my room and made soup. they even gave me directions for nearby pharmacies and clinics. It was amazing!!!
the fitness center was a bit outdated, with some equipment out of order. the website mentioned three state-of-the-art treadmills, but only one was working, and it wasn't really state-of-the-art.

the grand beautiful room was comfortable and spacious. the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. i appreciated the extra space and the nice balcony overlooking the pool.

the hotel's location is convenient, close to restaurants and shops. it's only a short walk to the beach, about five minutes. there were many dining options within easy reach, a big plus for exploring local cuisine.

the staff provided excellent service, especially sky. they were attentive to my needs and quickly addressed any concerns. the hotel had three pools, all clean and well-kept, the service was perfect.

our balcony door did not shut properly. mosquitoes came into the room because of this. the hotel looks a bit old and could use some improvements.
